For the past 136 years the Fishermen’s Mission has provided vital services to active and retired fishermen around the whole of the UK.  We don’t receive any government funding or lottery support so all the help you can offer is much appreciated.

On this site you will be able to buy our merchandise, including Christmas cards and Calendars, as well as books, such as Sea, Salt and Solitude and other products like our wonderful bespoke mugs and drinking cups.

Providing a lifeline of welfare and support to fishermen and their families

Fish Finger Sandwich

On the 3rd July, The Fishermen’s Mission will be holding the biggest online fish finger sandwich lunch ever! We welcome everyone to take part in the challenge and then join at the end for the great lunch where we have chef Nathan Outlaw and Tom Brown along to demonstrate their own take on the classic fish finger sandwich. If you can’t make the challenge, we would still like to have all our supporters join us on the lunch. Get your fish finger sandwich ready!

The Fish Finger sandwich lunch will be run on Zoom and everyone is invited. To get involved we suggest a £3 donation and you get access to not just the lunch but FREE fish finger recipes from Nathan Outlaw, Tom Brown, and many more!

The charity’s aims of practical welfare and emergency support comes from a small team of full time, part time and volunteers. Individuals and businesses have given generously and creatively. We’re delighted with the range of gifts and experiences listed on this online auction. The monies are vital as the charity rely on donations. For every £1 donated, 88p is spent on providing the services to fishermen, active, retired, as well as their families,” said Alison Godfrey, Director of Business Development.
